A level resit predicted grades

I’m taking a gap year in order to retake bio and chem for pharmacy and i’m applying/ doing my exams through my college. I emailed and they said they can only give me one grade higher than what i got. This won’t really be enough for me to apply anywhere unfortunately. I’ve also got a tutor who has been giving me tests and will be giving me mocks shortly, however she doesn’t have her own company or website or anything promoting her, but she has been tutoring for about 2 years, both gcse and a levels. I found her through a family friend and she started teaching her own family friends lol and word got around. My point is if school won’t give me my old predictions/ anything higher, can my tutor give me predicted grades and forward them onto school? I have emailed them about this but they only just got back to me about telling me the process of predicted grades after i emailed about a week ago smh. Also a friend of mine retook her a levels 2 years ago at my college and she told me she got her tutor to give her predicted grades and he had passed them onto school, the only difference is that he was well known as he taught many of the kids at this school. Mine isn’t well known however she is a proper tutor lol. Idk if this makes any sense but pls help me!!!

If your school has already said they won't predict higher than one grade, then they are not likely to take advice from some random 'tutor' they have never heard of are they.

Aec tutors provide predicted grades and u can do ur ucas application with them if u pay to sit a set of mocks with them for each subject give them an email i went through with them and the only extra thing i needed to provide was an academic reference was a lot cheaper overall than other predicted grade options i saw still abit spenny but give them an email x
