Student Finance Issues

Hi, I am very stressed out as for the last 2 months or so I’ve had an issue with the Darlington department for student finance. I have been sending letters of the evidence they want from me by 1st class, which say they have been delivered and signed for (which I have proof of) and this is then delaying my application being approved. This is worrying me as I can’t afford to pay my tuition on my own and I need my finance approved yet I am doing everything in my control it’s the Darlington department that isn’t doing their job. My application has already been automatically cancelled and I’ve read online that I have 60 days for it to be reinstated but with what is going on in that department I really am not sure what to do. I’m doing everything right but Darlington is just not. I have been trying to send this evidence since July. Now i’m even wondering if i should be sending a letter for an undergraduate course as someone with a settled status, or if a handwritten letter can also be taken a picture off and sent off to finance as any other evidence.
