Ready to be paid

Hey all,

I’m living 20 miles away from uni as a mature student,

Last week the SF changed to “ready to be paid”, I’m due to be paid on the 29th, does this mean it’s likely to be paid then?

I’m only asking as my plan was to buy a train season ticket.

I’m also with Monzo to perhaps the money might come earlier?

Hi there,

Yes, if the payments are ready (and not 'awaiting confirmation') then you'll be paid on the expected date.

Hello yes it’s ready to be paid, that’s great news, means I can get the train season ticket the day before my first day. Relief!

Sorry I struggle with massive anxiety, I’m due to start on the 30th and the statement says “ready to be paid” on the 29th, it will certainly be in won’t it? I don’t want to miss my first day. I have chronic anxiety (diagnosed).
