The Student Room Group

Russell group uni

This is so random, but does anyone else feel so out of place at their unis? Maybe it’s because it’s a Russell group, but everyone seems so wealthy and I can’t find a person who is just from a regular, low income, not-well- off background. I don’t feel like I can relate to anyone.
Why does it matter what someone's financial background is?

Well it obviously doesn’t, but it’s very hard when you can’t relate to people and the lifestyles they have had. As well as imposter syndrome

Those from private schools are often more noticeable because they talk loudly and have a impenetrable sense of entitlement. Don't let them bug you. About The 93% Club - because most of us are state-educated.
