Student Finances confirmation

On the government student finances website it says it is waiting for durham to confirm my enrolment before I can receive my tuition and accommodation loans,, but I have enrolled on the banner self service website and completed registration for modules a few weeks ago... has anyone received confirmation of their enrolment on the finances website yet? where should I contact regarding this?

Not entirely certain on this myself but from what I've heard about other universities enrolment is often completed when you actually arrive. My student finance is also waiting for confirmation of enrolment so I don't think there is a reason to worry yet :smile:

I'm in the same boat. Need to confirm with the uni then i think confirmed with SF. I need to pay first module which trying to work out how. Also just been reading about SF changing in 2027 & can borrow more.

Yep I was a fresher three years ago (so may have changed and my memory is not the best) but as far as i recall my enrolment was fully complete when I collected my campus card on move in day

I believe that it should update once you have arrived at your college and collected the campus card as that is when you are fully enrolled into the university.
