Adult Dependents Grant Query

Hi there, I applied for a ADG and i have a couple of questions. Does universal credit count as evidence as the dependent does not work? Also will their UC be reduced if I get the ADG? Thanks.

Hi there, yes, as we would be requiring details of the adult dependant’s expected income for the relevant academic year.
As to how this may impact the dependants UC, then they would need to speak to the Department of Work and Pensions as they would be best to advise of any deductions they may make. Stephen
