I am urgently looking for someone who can take over my tenancy at Altura. For personal reason, I have to fly back to my country and I am unable to continue to stay here. My initial tenancy is 51-week tenancy starting from September to August 2026. Since I already paid the deposit and September rent, now the remaining will be 47- week tenancy (£275 per week- All bill inclusive). You can move in early October.

A modern, fully furnished luxury studio in Altura, one of the most popular student accommodations in the city. Altura offers comfort, convenience, community and safety. It is known to be a “second home” to many students like me.

The location is ideal. Close to train station (Five Ways) and multiple bus stops to various universities, Birmingham New Street train station, Bullring and other parts of the city. Bus stop to city center is right in front of the building, available every 10 minute and it takes 7 minutes by bus to get to New Street station.

I have recently graduated from University of Birmingham (UOB). I bought a monthly bus pass for student to go to University every day and it took around 20 minutes to get there. UOB still have the promotional offer with National Express , exclusively rate only for UOB students so that anyone joining UOB this September should take note. If you want to stay at the library late, you can take the bus back to Altura, the bus stops right in front of the building so no worries.
If you prefer going by train, it is only one stop to University Station from Five Ways. Pretty quick and convenient!

There are nearby supermarkets such as Morrisons, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Londis, Asian supermarkets and so forth.

ODEON Luxe Birmingham Broadway Plaza is 10 minutes on foot.

Broad Street is 5 minutes on foot.

Brindley Place and Gas Street Basin are less than 15 minutes on foot.
You can enjoy walking along the canals. The entrance is just 2 minutes on foot.
