Why didn't she do enough module assessments? On what grounds is she appealing?

As above - you can't appeal just because you don't like the decision.
You have to have a demonstrable reason for why you think their decision is wrong.

She's appealing on the grounds of struggling with depression, grief from her grandparents dying last year andher PCOS acting up

There are other things but its too personal to put on here

In that case she needs to check her academic regulations to establish the appeal procedure, and provide documentary evidence of the issues that affected her.

Hi there!
I'm so sorry to hear your friend is going through such a difficult time. At London Met, there’s a formal appeals process that students can use if they’ve been academically dismissed. The best thing she can do right now is check the Appeals section on the London Met website, which explains the full procedure, the grounds for appeal, and what evidence is required: London Met Appeals Guidance.
Appeals usually have to be submitted quite quickly (within 10 working days of the decision), so it’s important she checks the guidance as soon as possible. Appeals are submitted by email to the [b]Student Casework Office: [email protected].
If she needs more personalised help, she can also reach out to Student Services or the SU for advice, but the official guidance on the website is the best place to start.
