It is part of their job: Even if you feel like there is nothing they can do, it is still a maintenance issue. Sometimes, they can replace the toilet seat or bowl if it is stained beyond cleaning.

You could try using coloured toilet cleaner that leave a visible layer after flushing. This is not a permanent solution but it does hide stains and keeps it smelling nice

Toilet foam sprays that create a thick foam layer on the surface

Toilet bombs/tablets help keep the bowl foamy and disguise stains between deep cleans

A toilet brush and bleach are always handy. Give it a quick swirl every few days so stains do not build further
