Query for application at University of Sunderland!

Hello! I have a very important question regarding my application.
I applied through clearing for Fine Art with Integrated Foundation Year on monday. I was not expecting to get in at all, I was expecting to be rejected, to then ask for advice on what I would need to be accepted.
By some miracle I was accepted, but the issue is - on my application I put down my grades from my Access to He course I did years ago from memory. D0 M15 P30
When I have finally found my results transcript, it turns out my grades are a lot better than what I put down. D6 M33 P15.
How much of an issue is this? I did not intend to be so misleading as I genuinely believed that those were my scores from memory at the time, and I wasn't even expecting to be accepted regardless! I just want to know before I provide the transcript.
