Manchester is pretty high ranking. QMUL in London is high ranking and good for connections with law firms as well cuz location, but ofc since in london is definitely expensive

Hi shalini15562,
I’m a current student at Exeter so I can give you some insight.
For Law at Exeter you don’t need to sit the LNAT - all our standard Law degrees are based on your academic grades, personal statement and reference. So if you’re keen to avoid the LNAT, Exeter could definitely be a good option.
In terms of part-time work, lots of students ) do find jobs alongside their studies. The uni has a Career Zone that advertises casual jobs both on campus and in the city. Exeter is a student-heavy city, so employers are generally used to hiring students with flexible hours. The uni also runs support sessions for international students around visa rules and working hours, so you’re not left on your own to figure it out.
So if you’re looking for somewhere with no LNAT requirement and decent opportunities to earn a bit while you study, Exeter ticks both boxes. Plus, the Law School has a great reputation, and you can get involved with mooting, pro bono work and societies to boost your CV at the same time.
