What med schools do I have a chance at?
UCAT: 2250 B2 (660 VR, 710 DM, 880 QR)
GCSEs: 9999999888 (8s in maths, English lang, pe)
Pred: A*A*A* (Bio, chem, psych)
Experience: Shadowed GP, and at smoking cessation clinic. Volunteered at care home. Attended clinical skills simulation day at a hospital. Finalist for imperial science in medicine, Gold at intermediate UKBC. Read books, watched documentaries etc.
Not WP. Was eligible for UCAT bursary. Home student
I would like to apply for one London uni. Any I have a shot at? Did look into UCL, Kings and Queen Mary’s.
Ultimately, I don’t mind where I go as long as I have a decent chance of getting in, I’m assuming more academic unis and those that weigh the interview less would be ideal for me. Would Aston be one of these?
Any advice would be very much appreciated!
