Incoming International Student Top Tips

Are you an incoming international student at Kingston University? Here are a few important things you need to look out for when you arrive.

Enrolment and Check-In
By now, you should have received an email requesting you to enrol online on OSIS. It is important that you ensure that all your details are in order and minimum tuition fees paid.
Once your online enrolment is complete and you have arrived safely in Kingston, you should receive an email requesting for you to book an in-person check in (usually at our information centres either at Kingston Hill or Penrhyn Road Campus!)

Collecting your ID card
After you have completed your physical check in, the next step will be to collect your Kingston Uni ID Card! You should receive another email, inviting you to book an appointment for your ID collection at either the Nightingale Centre at Kingston Hill or Townhouse Library at Penrhyn Road.

You can find out more about Enrolment and collecting your ID card HERE!

Welcome Week
Once you are settled into your accommodation, do check out KUextra for welcome week events(eg. Campus tours, pop-ups...etc) and any events organised by your Resident Life team happening in the nearest student halls of residences. If you are feeling lost or not sure where to go, look out for our friendly Student Ambassadors in yellow T-shirts posted around the campus. You can also always head to any of the reception desks or information centres if you need any help.

Are you excited for the new academic year?
What are you looking forward to learning in Kingston?
I hope this helps and feel free to ask me questions about life in Kingston.
