I got a bad UCAT score but want to do medicine. What do I do?

I'm currently in year 13 and just sat my UCAT recently. I got a very disappointing score of just 1590 SJT B3. My top 8 GCSES are 8,8,7,7,7,7,6,6. I was wondering if there are still any universities, I would be able to get an interview offer regardless of this, or if I'm better off doing a gap year. If I do end up doing a gap year to re-sit the UCAT, what's the process? I do the Sutton Trust Pathways to Medicine programme with Newcastle University, but am unsure whether this would still hold benefit if i take a gap year.

Oh my. I literally had the exact UCAT score but an SJT band 2. My top six GCSEs are 999998 and i have predicted grades A*A*A*. I would also want to know if I can still apply. For context, I am home schooled. Could someone tag me when a reply has been sent to the original post ? Thank you
