TAKEOVER SKY PLAZA LEEDS 25/26 Cheaper
URGENT TENANCY TAKEOVER
Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy in Sky Plaza (Unite Students Leeds) for the 2025/26 academic year! I have decided to live in a house with friends so i will need a replacement tenant.
•£155 per week – All bills (Cheaper than the original price of £175) (Willing to negotiate)
•Deposit already paid for £250
•Ensuite sharing a kitchen with 2 others. (Hall of 3) It is a quieter hall
•43-week contract: beginning 18th September 2025 – 18th July 2026 but you will only need to pay for the days starting from when you move in. Days before will have already been paid by me starting from the 18th of September.
•Location: Sky Plaza Leeds, LS2 8AR (10 min walk to Uni of Leeds, 5 min walk to Leeds Beckett, very close to city centre)
• On-site gym, cinema, study spaces, and common room
• 24/7 security & reception
• Super sociable atmosphere with lots of student event
