ucl law

Hi everyone, I’m planning to apply for the UCL LLB Dual Degree in English and Hong Kong Law and I have a few questions. First, does anyone know if this programme usually requires an interview? Second, I’m from Hong Kong and currently have Home fee status in the UK (my parents moved here under the BNO route), but I don’t meet the minimum GCSE English requirement. Would it be possible for me to apply as an international applicant instead, submitting only A-Levels, IELTS, and LNAT without GCSE results? Finally, if UCL accepts me as an international student, would I be able to pay international tuition fees in my first year and then switch to Home student fees from the second year onwards?
