Prioritise yourself and your health.

I woke up today feeling hopeless. I sat in bed, while sick and in pain and watched an hour of reels before even getting up and eating breakfast. I did nothing the whole day except for play trackmania and became even more sad because I couldn't stop throwing rounds, then quarter past one rolled around. I had a drum lesson. I got driven there since it's 2 miles from my house and I realised I had to go way too late, all while still feeling terrible, but by the time the lesson was over, I felt less hopeless, more motivated, and I was in less pain. Doing things that make you happy, even when it seems easier to just give in will make you feel better. You know what really dragged me out of it though? I ran home. I ran like hell, didn't stop and made it back home in 11 minutes. When I got home, I felt great. Ignoring my physical sickness, (which had mostly passed too), I was completely ready to be as productive as I could ever possibly hope to be. In fact, after I've finished this post, I'm going to be studying maths for the next couple of hours, which I never would've been able to do before this. Sure, you can force yourself to study, but doing something you hate doing is never going to be as effective as if you do it willingly. Moral of the story is, being happy is the best motivation, and to be happy, you have to let yourself do things that make you happy (my drum lesson), you have to do some physical activity (running home), and you have to go outside (running home outside). Even if it's raining, bleak and grey outside like it was today, just being there will make you feel infinitely better, and when you come back inside, you'll feel at least slightly more ready.
