Still waiting on SAAS

Hi is there anyone who's gone/going through the same thing as me.

I applied for SAAS late this year and I obviously knew it wasn't gonna come in time for when I started uni(15th of Sept) but I got my award notice on the 16th and its now the 20th and I've still not received anything?

anyone know what going on? do I need to contact someone? does it take time? if so how long roughly?

I am in the same situation. Do you have any updates?
