£500 towards 1st payment from myself!!!

Due to a change in circumstances, I no longer require my ensuite room at the Forge Sunderland. £145 wk bills & wifi included. Ready to move in ASAP, free Shuttle bus from the accommodation to University throughout the day. One of the best student accommodations I had come across, flatmates all female & really nice. I'd love for someone else to make use of it as no more ensuite rooms available at the forge.
