Room Takeover for University of Birmingham.
ROOM AVAILABLE IN SELLY OAK - 231 Harborne Lane
Looking for someone to take over my room in a student house in Selly Oak (15 min walk to UoB campus).
6-bed house *All bills Included*, mixed group of friendly 2nd/3rd years (All Male) the kitchen is modern and there is a nice tv in the living room-> my room is a double bed room and is a shared bathroom room.
£563.33/month Base rent (BUT works out to be £520.08/month - this is because other tenants will pay some money. All this is to create a price differential in the rooms to make it fair for the people living without a en suite.)Tenancy Started on July 1st 2025 and ends June 30th 2026. Payments are monthly on the 26th. I have paid for all the rent so far, so the new tenant would have to just pay the rest.
Close to Selly Oak Sainsbury, M&S, Retail park, train stations, and close to Bristol Road takeaways and shops (i.e. Aldi, Tesco, etc.).
