Bristol open day

I unfortunately can’t make the open day on the 1st of November, is it still worth me going to check out the city and see the vibes of the whole place even if I can’t visit accommodation. I am already going to be nearby in a coup of weeks

Heck yes you should visit the city. You can freely walk through much of the campus as a member of the public so you can get to see where you would be heading for your particular studies anyway. Maybe speak to present students and they can give you their for-real opinion of the place? Just look for anyone wearing a lanyard.

YES. Its a very open city campus, and you can wander about without being asked for student ID etc.

On top of what @ErasistratusV and @McGinger have said, Bristol also offer guided tours at certain times of year. According to https://www.bristol.ac.uk/study/undergraduate/visits/tours/ these tours are not running at the moment, but will restart in November.

It's well worth visiting any university you're seriously considering, if you get the chance. After all, you'll be spending three years of your life there!

And if you do get an offer, you will be invited to an Offer Day - its a bit like a mini-Open Day just for that subject.
