Have a little look at some basics like anatomy and medical terminology – nothing too heavy, but it doesn't harm to get familiar!

Check out the NMC Code (what all nurses follow) and maybe keep an eye on health/NHS news so you feel a bit more in the loop.
•
Work on things like organisation and self-care – honestly so useful once placements and assignments kick in.
