What do I need to bring for Induction Week ?
Like the title says, do I actually need anything ? I mean as far as I know, it’s just an ID check & walking around buildings to familiarise ourselves with it. Like should I bring my laptop, pencil case ect just in case ??? Or do I literally need nothing apart from my passport for the ID check ???

First of all, congratulations on starting uni!
From my experience, Induction Week is more about introductions than heavy studying. We went over the modules for the year, did a few icebreaker activities, and had chances to ask questions. I’d recommend bringing a notebook or small agenda and a pen – I found it useful to jot down important info. You don’t really need your laptop, but having something to take quick notes is handy.
Most importantly, just show up on time and bring a positive attitude. It’s a great chance to meet people and get settled in!
