SFE requesting evidence from when I was 11

Have had ongoing issues with my SFE application for last academic year and recently received my 5th request for more evidence that is asking for a signed letter from where I went to school when I was 11 in 2016 ? and flight receipts from 6 years ago. The required length of time to keep official documents is 5 years so I don't understand why they need information from this long ago to assess that I've lived in the UK for 3 years prior to my degree starting ((which I have !!!))

Hi there,

Can you confirm your nationality and status in the UK?

Thanks,

Hi there, the correspondence you have received requesting the evidence will advise why the evidence has been requested.
This is usually in relation to long residency requests, what does the correspondence say exactly? Stephen

I have never been given a reason for more evidence, just constant requests for more and more specific information
