I have just moved into St Christopher’s Court (Ashbourne Road, Derby) on 13 September 2025, but due to changes in my study schedule I no longer need to stay in halls.
👉 Room details:
• Flat 04, Room 5, St Christopher’s Court
• Premium standard room
• Contract dates: until April 2026 (with option to extend)
• Nightly rate: £19.69 (~£137 per week)
• Great location, close to campus and city centre
If anyone is interested in taking over my contract, please send me a message and I can provide more details and connect you with the accommodation team to arrange the transfer.
