am I being impatient

On Sunday morning the toilet in my accomodation started to constantly flush but not so much you can actually get it too flush properly I reported it to maintanence and they said it would be fixed on the same day, this ended up not happening I went and spoke to reception and also called the out of hours maintanaince number and got told there was nothing they could do this morning I went back down to reception and asked again about the toilet and I was told again that it would be fixed today and this still hasn't happened yet. Its stressing me out so much, I don't have access to a functioning toilet also my shower has broken idk if its unreasonable to expect this to be fixed right away but its causing all sorts of issues
