Geography/ HPE personal statement query

Hi there,

I am re applying to Oxford, LSE and UCL for geography at Oxford and LSE. However, I want to apply for HPE at UCL. I achieved A* A* A* in politics economics and geography at a level. My personal statement is largely tailored towards geography with some politics and economics but is somewhat applicable to HPE. Would it be a waste of time to apply for HPE due to my PS not being fully tailored towards the course as it has some geographical focus and likely my reference will as well? Really like the look of the course but need my application to be as strong as possible for Oxford Thanks!
