SFE changed to £0 tuition and maintenance
Hello hello! This morning I received a new letter of entitlement saying I’m getting nothing in any sorts of loans even though last week my tuition and maintenance loans were confirmed. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there anything I can do? It says my uni needs to confirm my enrolment but I’ve done all the enrolment stuff online so I’m a bit confused ):

Hi there, I will answer the last question first.
Confirmation of Registration is an electronic notification sent from your university to Student Finance England to advise you have started your course. This is not the same as the university confirming your place on the course which is the online registration you mentioned. You can check if the university have confirmed your Registration with us by checking you payment screen, if payments show as approved, then this has been completed, if this says Approved Awaiting Confirmation, then speak to the university to send this to us as soon as possible.
As to the change in the award notification, has there been any recent changes to your original application? Have you had any previous support from Student Finance England? If so, how many years support have you received so far, also, how long is your current course and what year of your course are you currently entering?
