Sfe Overpayment deferral

I was overpaid by SFE and going into my final year I am looking to defer by submitting the form. I am a mature student, currently maxed out in overdraft and don't have enough to cover accommodation or grocery costs. On my bank statement, it does show quite a bit of gambling activity from the last few months. I have since stopped gambling, but I am wondering if this type of spending would effect a financial hardship decision?

Hi nathan__wheatley,

The assessors just need to see that you have outgoings that you are expected to pay and by removing the overpayment would put you in financial hardship.
