Can I qualify for home fee status?

So I came to the UK in September 2019 when I was 11 as a dependent on my father, who got his skill worker visa in 2023, therefore I will get my ILR in 2028. However, my mom gets her ILR in August 2026 (she got her skilled worker visa before my dad) and as I have been living in the UK for last 6 years, can I be qualified as a home student by universities for September 2026 entry?

Both of my parents are Indian.

Hi there. We don't decide at SFE if you would be classed as a home or international student for Fees, you would need to speak with the university regarding this.

We can only advise on your eligibility for taking out a student finance loan. Is this something you are needing help with? Thanks, Leah.
