If a student is regarded as home fee by the university but gets rejected from getting a tuition loan from SFE and is classed as international by sfe. Can they pay the tuition fees privately to the university or will the university see SFE’s decision as superior and re assess the student as international

Hi there, this would be at the discretion of the university of how they will class you and the tuition fees they would look to charge. With ourselves, we would just be looking at the eligibility criteria for support, so we could not advise of how the university would proceed. Stephen
