graduate med choices

i got 1980 band2. I don’t really know where to apply.
I was thinking about applying to Manchester grad entry medicine however idk if that’s a bit risky 😵*💫 any advice appreciated!

I am in a similar boat to you with 1960 band 1. Sadly I believe we do not meet Manchesters cut off which was around 2700 last year. Manchester was my dream university. If you’re local or happy to move away then there are few universities to consider like Warick, Cumbria, Swansea etc

ahhh yeah same 😕 its okay hopefully wherever we apply will be good for us!
i would love to apply to warwick/chester however I don't have enough hours, I'm trying to get them down but finding it rly difficult to secure the roles.

its okay! 😊
basically for chester and warwick you need 70 hours of work experience from 2 different trusts, with the work experience being quite hands on so that could include being a HCA, shadowing doctors etc :smile:
