Confirmation of enrolment

Can anybody help me with this went on my student finance loan yesterday morning and it stated that my uni has confirmed my enrolment.
But my payments are still showing as scheduled and they will be paid after they received notification from my uni I have enrolled it's this normal ik so confused still the same this morning.

Hi there. It can take up to 3 working days for it to show on the online system after they send it and then up to 3 working days after to receive the payment (if it's scheduled). Thanks, Leah.

The green screen shows your university has confirmed them the payments underneath say 2 days time from know and scheduled and then it's says we can't pay you until your uni has confirmed to use but the but green banner at the top says the have. When is likely to update?

Hi Nick,

Your enrolment is a different process to your 'registration'. When you enrol that doesn't confirm your payments being released that just confirms your place at university. The university needs to release your payments by sending us 'confirmation of registration' which they do around the first day of your term. Once we receive this it takes 1-3 working days to update and you're paid up to 3 working days. Your payment will change to 'payment in progress' via your account once this has been submitted to your bank.

Morning again,
Sorry to be a pain and keep pesturing you.
It has given me a new payment date of the 30th October and before it never displayed view enrollment and course registration next to it it says complete.
But it's still showing as payments are scheduled this was only updater yesterday at around 11am.
Not sure what is happening do I need to do anything?
