AtkinsRealis Graduate Scheme 2026

Not sure if a discussion has been started for the 2026 graduate scheme, but has anyone completed part one and two of the immersive assessment?

I've completed part one and passed that and need to complete part two.

What kind of questions are on the test?

It was fairly easy, it isn't timed so you can think about your responses.

I completed part 1 a week or two ago and haven't had an invite to part 2 yet

Could easily just be delayed, but I also know Atkins are awful at sending rejections, and will leaving people hanging in limbo forever as they’ve sent out lots of immersive assessments already

I got another email from them yesterday saying "your application is still under review but in the meantime follow us on linkedin", I applied to the Transport Consulting graduate scheme on the 12th september.

should i be worried if i still haven't received part 2 invite yet?

I haven't got one either for Nuclear and completed the assessment on 12/09 (portal still under review), so I'm thinking silent rejection🥲
