Hi, I live in a 4 bedroom all female student accommodation flat. Its shared bathroom and shared kitchen. The rent is paid in instalments at the beginning of each semester. Very modern flat and the girls are lovely. It is Dwell Manchester Student Village M1 5SX. The building has reception available as well as 24 hour security. There is a free gym to use onsite as well as a games room/ chill space and courtyard. There is a car park underneath, you would either need to pay for a permit or you can pay by ticket. Very close to Uni of Manchester and MMU.

The rent is £190 per week, paid in 3 instalments.

I want to move out because my friend wants to do a flat share with me for the year instead. I am happy to arrange viewings to see the flat and building.
