2025 John Locke Essay Competition Award Ceremony

I was shortlisted for the John Locke Essay Competition, and I purchased a ticket to the award ceremony + gala dinner + live music in London on October 4th. Unfortunately, I didn't realize how expensive the flight and hotel prices would be at this time, so I can't attend.
The ticket originally cost me $450, but I’m open to negotiation since I’d rather see it go to someone who can actually be there-- I'm thinking we can work something out at around $300
