Tenancy Takeover Liverpool!

I'm dropping out of my tenancy due to health issues and need to be closer to home and looking for someone to takeover!

It's a double room in a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom all girls house. We are all second years at UoL and looking for another girl to takeover.

Rent is 592 pcm all bills included and the house has a large living space and cute outdoor area as well. The house comes with a toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer, washing machine, hoover and cleaning supplies.

It's a 10 minute walk from LJMU and UoL campuses and 15 minutes away from the city center. It's also just 5 minutes away from a huge Lidl.
