Which 4 unis should I apply to without biology & predictive grades, ucat good I think

Hi and help!
I'm a little lost when it comes to picking which universities to apply to, I'm going to have an Irish Leaving certificate, we do minimum of 6 subjects so I'll have chemistry, physics and maths but not biology.
My chemistry teacher will only give me a H2 predicted grade (80-90%) so I think I'm limited to where I can apply. When a college states "predicted grades accepted" - does this mean they will rule out my application without a H1? predicted grade (seems to be compared to A-level A)

My uCat scores are:
VR 660
DM 710
QR 820
SJ 2
Total: 2190

I have some work experience in a care home and hospital, non contextual.

I think the following 4 universities should be ok:
Manchester
Liverpool
Keele
KMMS

I don't know a lot about each one, eg. if its difficult to get placement, It doesn't really matter to me where I go in the UK. Are there any others I could be eligible for or have you any advice as to the 4 I think I've found?
Thanks
