EDIT:I rung up the university and yes you are ranked the same if you score 15 vs the full 18 points it is not calculated as above 15=better.
I want to apply to Liverpool for medicine this year I've achieved AAA bio maths chem and have UCAT score 1980 Band 1 situational judgment. I just score the 15 points needed for gcses and after carefully reading their website does this mean after this I will bet ranked via UCAT? And since I'm above the previous non-WP UCAT thresholds do you think this would mean Im likely to be invited to interview. Btw I scored 9888776666. First sitting 99888887766 resit. But I know they dont accept resits even though I have some extenuating circumstances (my dad died when I was 14 and he was a stay at home dad/primary caregiver so I got pretty depressive).
Any other recommendations for where I may be most likey to get into i know I will 100% apply to Leicester since I get garenteed interview and I also want to apply to UEA because I'm local. Im also probably going to chance it and see if Cardiff was a fluke last year since with the achieved A levels + gcse resits(sat within 12 months) I score the top academic points.
I want to be wise with where I apply to so appreciate any advice.
