Sfe KCL URGENT

Hi, is it normal for my sfe to still be on step 4 in progress so the confirming enrolment part is in progress when I have already enrolled at kcl. My first day is on the 29th of sep and today is the 25th, is this normal or should I be concerned. When filling out the confirmation info I put my sponsor as student finance england and ive also done the necessary training and collected my student id but im worried that something is wrong or that the money needed to be paid to the uni won't be paid in time. BTW im a home student.

Hi, thank u for ur response. So im a home student and I created my account in may and I have already sent all my info needed as it says " you've completed all of your current actions
We'll contact you if we need anything else from you." It also says "Your next step is to enrol
Your university or college will be in touch with you just before you start your course to register and enrol you. They’ll let us know once this is complete." Is it normal if it still says in progress for step 4? Also when u say 6 to 8 weeks is that after ive completed the enrolment tasks set by my uni? I havent sent anything else apart from what was required from me when applying like national insurance number, identity evidence etc. Also my first expected payment is on the 15 October to my uni but sfe needs a confirmation that ill be attending. Thank u for the help

It says awaiting confirmation and I haven't received any correspondence or confirmations from sfe

Hi there, By Step 4 do you mean the status of your application says 'reviewing all evidence', or has the applicaiton been approved and it says 'confirming enrolment'? Thanks, Leah.

Hi Bird1234,

That would indicate that your application is approved and your payments are scheduled. Once you start your course, the university needs to send through the confirmation of registration to release the payment to your bank. Once they send this through, it will update automatically within 1-3 working days then up to 3 working days for the payment to reach your bank.

If sfe is due to pay my uni on the 15th of October and they havent confirmed my enrolment on sfe should I do something because I already sent them an email on the 29th of September and they said they have to confirm student's attendance but it's getting closer to the 15th now should i email again?

Hi Bird1234,

Yes, you should contact your university and advise them that your application is approved and require them to send the electronic confirmation of registration and attendance on our shared system to allow payments to be released to you and the university.
