How do I improve my mental health
If you really want to strengthen your mental health, consider changing your lifestyle, developing positive habits, and seeking the necessary support.
The key to improving your mental health lies in making these changes: altering your everyday life and consulting a professional (psychologist or psychiatrist), as failing to do so may worsen the situation.
If you drink wine or spirits, I advise you not to overdo it. Excessive alcohol consumption can exacerbate depression.
Last but not least, there are specific medications 💯 that you can take under a doctor's supervision.
Please remember that I am not a doctor.😀
