I cannot log in to Banner Self Service

Hey! Has anyone had the same problem as me?
I got my username and password, changed the password and went through the authentication process. But when I tried to log in to the Banner Self Service, it said 'Your administrator has configured the application SJF Ban-SSB to block users unless they are specifically granted ('assigned') access to the application. The signed in user '***@durham.ac.uk' is blocked because they are not a direct member of a group with access, nor had access directly assigned by an administrator.'

Guys, I'm really sorry for having disturbed you. I have now logged in. A few hours after I changed my password. I believe it just takes some time for some users there
