Gonville and Caius Application

Hi, I am a student looking at applying for economics (undergraduate) at Caius for 2026.！
Can anyone give me some advice on preparing for the PS and interview? I am wondering whether the interview is more Maths or Econ weighted.

btw I am a student applying from mainland China, and from a state public school. I've heard someone saying that Caius is a bit white and few Chinese can get in, is that true? Being sorry if these words have offended anyone.
And I really want to know if applicants for Caius have very strong academic potential among all the colleges, since my background isn't that outstanding comparing to other students applying from China.

In order to be accepted to any college at Cambridge you need to meet a certain university standard. This means that all colleges are equally academically difficult to get into — the only thing that can make it harder (and which you can’t predict) is the number of people applying to a college in a certain year. Hope this helps!
