Hello @Chydave,

The admissions team will be in the best position to answer your query, if you email the team on [email protected], they will be able to provide you with advice on when you can expect to receive the decision. Are you wanting to study a postgraduate degree?

I emailed them but haven’t received any response from them yet
Hey everyone!

How are you all feeling? Is anyone applying for any courses with an early deadline (October 15th)? It’s a week to go, so just wanted to check in and see how you're feeling 😄

If you need some help with your personal statement, we have a whole forum dedicated to your questions (just don't post any part of your statement!), and some example statements in our PS library.

What are your main questions?

If you're not applying early, have you started looking around at booking any open days yet? If so, how are they going? Have you visited Chester yet?

Good luck everyone :woo:

Hi @Chydave,

I'm really sorry that you haven't received a response yet. As it is the start of Induction Week and the start of the new academic year at Chester this week that the team are taking a bit longer than usual to respond. If you are still awaiting a response after a week, you could try emailing the department that you have applied to study with, or alternatively you could telephone. I hope you get a response soon,

Are you considering studying at the University of Chester 2026?
If you're still undecided, why not come along to our next Open day on November 15th? Open Days are a brilliant way to have a look around the campus, the university accommodation and the department that you would like to study in. You have the chance to speak with department and university staff as well as current students, so you can have all of your questions answered. During the day talks are arranged on a whole variety of subjects about student life, finances and accommodation to name just a small selection.

To find out more, and book your place, just click this link: Open Days | University of Chester to visit the University webpage.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask! And hopefully we will see you soon,
