Has anyone else applied to the Tesco Graduate Scheme for 2026? I have applied to Marketing and got to the video interview stage. I was wondering if anyone else has gotten to this stage and knows what types of questions come up. Thanks in advance.

I also had the video interview questions - seen that your post was a week ago so I'm guessing you've done it by now. How did it go?

Are you referring to the first stage (leadership) interview or the technical interview? Not sure if it's different as I've applied for the PM position.

I did it on the 29th September and then already got rejected by the 2nd October lol

It was the interview after the online assessment stage. I'm assuming it was the leadership one as there were no technical questions and were all competency based

Yeah was the competency one; another interview follows if you pass this - technical one. Best of luck with your other applications!

What does game assessments mean and does it go straight to online interview from that or is it await another email first? Thanks

Sorry for the late reply, I completed mines last week but it’s on the role itself so I would advise doing some research and creating some reflections on it. It’s not competency based but more your own personal view point on the role like skills required etc.

Hey guys, I have done the vid interview for the finance grad scheme on october 3rd, they emailed today telling me I passed and they will let me know if i got shortlisted for the AC.

Has anyone got the same email?
