Failed SFE payment

I accidently put in deleted bank account details on SFE and the payment says "failed" and that it has returned to them.

What do I do from here? I need it rescheduled. I called and asked and they said I don't have to do anything which is strange. It doesn't show anything as being rescheduled on my online account. It has said failed for 2 days now and I really need the money.

Any advice?

Hi there, after you had noticed that the old account details were submitted, did you change the details to a new bank account? Stephen
