How challenging is Discrete Mathematics (first year) at Warwick

Hey, I'm set to start discrete maths this year at Warwick, but I was wondering how intense the workload is on first years. I've been dealing with illness for a while leading to a decline in my overall energy levels and am considering deferring for a year, so I'd appreciate any insight into how much work I'd be doing each day etc. Thanks!!!

Discrete Maths at Warwick is fine if you keep up each week. The lectures and problem sheets are steady and not too much at once. As long as you study a little regularly it is very manageable. And if your health really makes it hard, you can apply for mitigating circumstances in the final exams so there is support for you.
