Is this combination impossible to get 4 A/A*s in?

Hi, I'm in Year 11 and choosing my A-levels at the moment. My school requires us to do 4 A-levels and I was thinking about these subjects:

Maths, English, Chemistry, Physics.

I'm aware that this is an insanely hard combination if I want to get all A/A*s (which is my goal). I'm currently predicted all 9s in my 11 GCSEs at school and have already done 2 extra language GCSEs, which I got 9s in.
How possible do you think it would be for me to achieve my goal with the above A-levels?

Alternatively, I was thinking of swapping out Physics for Latin (I'm better at it but enjoy it slightly less), would this help?

Thanks!

Impossible, hard or doable is all very subjective.

Personally I found A Levels the hardest things I have ever done (my grades were DUU in Bio, Chem and Maths respectively). However, that was because I kept falling into the pit that was exam technique.

When I got to uni, ironically things got easier (I got a 2.1 and a Merit in my MSc) in Biomed (MSc specialising in Clin Chem).

Hard is subjective, however, I will say ensure you enjoy your subjects as if you don’t enjoy them, you will grow to hate them and by default, not enjoy revising them making it more or a chore to revise.

Sorry if that’s not helpful but I do want to state, hard is just that, subjective and if you enjoy a subject, you are far more likely to do well in it!

Good luck!
