SFE payment status says I've been paid, but there's no money in my account

My status on SFE has updated as 'paid' but there's been no payment or anything in my bank account. I triple checked my bank account details, all correct, and I haven't received any messages regarding my first payment. I'm aware that the loan is paid within 3 working days of the expected date (mine was Sept. 29th, which is today), but I thought that was only when the status said 'payment in progress' not 'paid.' Should I be concerned? Is this normal?

Hi there. If you haven't received it after 5 pm today you can contact use directly to check this. Sometimes the payment doesn't go in until after 5pm. Thanks, Leah.
