Help my payments are blocked

I received my 1st payment a few weeks ago after finally managing to get my NI verified from the NINO team, this was confirmed on 30th July. Then got 1st payment 15th September.

Checked my student finance account today and shows next payments are blocked. Went on live chat only to be told my NI is not verified, but yet a received a payment.

Send email to NINO and they said DWP should have been in contact with me but i have had ZERO communication from them, and it is impossible to find a phone number online for them.

I have spoken today to HRMC, PAYE, the Student Loans Unit ( who spoke to student loans company ) and everyone confirms my details are correct, and there must be some issue with DWP.

But how can i contact them? I find only phone number for JobCenter plus or Pensions. Its not any of these departments.

Please I need some URGENT help.
